The Hieff™ Plant Plus RNA Kit adopts Hieff™ RNA Column and a new solution system, which is suitable for extracting high-purity and high-quality total RNA from plant tissue samples rich in polysaccharides and polyphenols. The operation is simple, and the total RNA can be extracted in 30 min. The DNA-Removing Column in the kit can easily adsorb and remove genomic DNA, while the Hieff™ RNA Column can efficiently bind RNA, and the extracted total RNA has high purity, which can be used in various molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, molecular cloning and RNase protection analysis.

Safety: no need to use organic reagents such as phenol chloroform.
Fast: RNA extraction from samples can be completed within 30 min minutes.
High RNA purity: DNase I column digestion can effectively remove gDNA.
Wide compatibility: It is suitable for RNA extraction from rice, corn, wheat, Arabidopsis, tomato, tobacco and general polysaccharides and polyphenols such as cotton and holly.
