Descrição
Tumor Granulocyte-Macrophage Colony-Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) is a member of the colony-stimulating factor family and plays a critical role in immune regulation, hematopoiesis, and inflammation. GM-CSF is primarily produced by various cell types, including macrophages, T cells, B cells, and fibroblasts. It stimulates the proliferation, differentiation, and functional activation of granulocytes and monocytes within the hematopoietic lineage. By promoting the differentiation of multipotent stem cells in the bone marrow into granulocytes and monocytes, GM-CSF increases leukocyte counts and enhances their functionality, thereby strengthening the immune response and anti-infection capacity. Furthermore, GM-CSF plays a vital regulatory role in the activation and antimicrobial activity of macrophages and dendritic cells.
Features
High Purity: >95% purity to avoid immune responses caused by residual Host Cell Proteins (HCP) or DNA.
Ultra-Low Endotoxin: <10 EU/mg to minimize the risk of fever or inflammation.
Batch-to-Batch Consistency: Ensures stability and reproducibility in cell culture applications.
Regulatory Compliance: Meets regulatory requirements for cell therapy products and supports Investigational New Drug (IND) applications.
Animal-Origin Free (AOF): Free from animal viruses, pathogens, and exogenous factor contamination, ensuring maximum safety.
