Hieff NGS™ Smarter DNA Clean Beads are prepared based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reverse Immobilization) principle, which utilizes the specific buffer and provides a simple, fast and efficient method for DNA recovery. The beads specifically binding to DNA can recover DNA fragments as low as 50 bp and remove primer dimers, dNTPs, inorganic salts, proteins etc.

ATAC library purification performance was assessed using Yeasen ATAC & CUT&Tag–dedicated magnetic beads, A* ATAC magnetic beads, and the commonly cited Q* column-based purification kit. Yeasen magnetic beads generated ATAC libraries with recovery efficiency and library profiles equivalent to those obtained using the Q* column-based kit, demonstrating robust DNA recovery and reliable performance for ATAC-seq workflows.
