Descrizione
Type III collagen is the main collagen in human skin, fascia, and tendons, with a ratio of 4:1 to Type I collagen. Type III collagen is finer and exists between the epidermis and dermis, known as "baby collagen". Its content is as high as 80% during infancy and it is an important protein for maintaining skin elasticity. The micro-collagen layer, mainly composed of Type III collagen, refers to the tissue structure located between the epidermis and dermis. It is the key to supporting the epidermis and also the first step in skin collapse. The human body cannot synthesize Type III collagen on its own.
The recombinant human Type III collagen fragment produced by our company is expressed and purified in yeast cells through genetic recombination technology. It is a human-like Type III collagen with high purity and low endotoxin, obtained through various separation and purification methods.
