When used in combination with the Hieff NGS™ Ultima End-prep Mix (Cat#12605) and the 2× Novel HF Amplification Mix for MGI (Cat#13344), this product is optimized for DNA library preparation, with performance validated on the MGI high-throughput sequencing platform.
