Hieff Clone™ Zero TOPO-TA/Blunt Cloning Kit is developed based on the principle of a next-generation topoisomerase that enables rapid and efficient ligation of DNA fragments. Coupled with a highly efficient blunt-ending factor, this kit supports fast cloning of both blunt-ended and sticky-ended PCR products.
