Description
IL-1 Receptor Accessory Protein (IL-1 RAcP), also known as IL-1 R3, is a ubiquitously expressed 70-90 kDa member of the Interleukin-1 receptor family of proteins . It serves as a non-ligand-binding component of the receptors for IL-1 alpha, IL-1 beta, IL-33, and IL-36.

Reconstitution Method |
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. For vials containing 25 μg or 100 μg, we recommend reconstituting to a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Storage
Store at -25 to -15°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt; once reconstituted, store at -85 to -65°C where it remains stable for 3 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
