Formulation |
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 50mM Tris, 10mM CaCl2, 150mM NaCl (pH 7.5). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |

Reconstitution |
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. |
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from the date of receipt.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
