Description
Recombinant Protein A/G/L is a genetically engineered protein that combines all of the IgG binding spectra of Protein A, Protein G, and Protein L. It is a gene fusion product. It contains 5 IgG binding regions of Protein A, 2 regions of Protein G, and 5 binding regions of Protein L. The cell wall binding region, cell membrane binding region, and albumin binding region have been removed from recombinant Protein A/G/L to ensure maximum specific IgG binding. Recombinant Protein A/G/L is ideal for purifying polyclonal or monoclonal IgG antibodies. Protein A/G/L binds to IgG from humans, mice, rats, cattle, goats, sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigs, dogs, and cats.
