Description
Designed for 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL centrifuge tubes, this stand features 16 positions and high-strength magnets. It is ideal not only for routine magnetic bead-based nucleic acid isolation and purification but is also highly recommended for NGS library preparation workflows, including nucleic acid sample purification and size selection. The device features a specialized locking and release mechanism, allowing for easy placement and secure fixation of centrifuge tubes.

Features
Working Volume: Compatible with 0.1–2.0 mL.
16-Position Capacity: Features 16 independent magnetic slots. Each slot includes a locking mechanism to secure capped centrifuge tubes, allowing the processing of 1 to 16 samples simultaneously.
Tube Compatibility: Fits both 1.5 mL and 2.0 mL centrifuge tubes.
Independent Magnetic Modules: Each slot is controlled by an independent magnet module, ensuring isolated magnetic bead separation for each sample.
Rapid Separation: Both sides of the magnetic core accommodate 1.5 mL/2.0 mL tubes. When placed close to the core, magnetic beads are attracted to the tube sidewall within 15 seconds, achieving efficient separation from the supernatant.
High Magnetic Strength: With a magnetic field strength exceeding 5300 Gauss and a 4-pole magnet design per module, it ensures concentrated bead capture, effectively minimizing bead and sample loss.
High Efficiency: Achieves a magnetic bead separation efficiency of over 98%.

1. This product is for research use only.

3. Do not autoclave Yeasen magnetic stands. If necessary, clean by wiping with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent.
4. To ensure optimal performance, do not use Yeasen metal magnetic stands at temperatures above 50°C (122°F). If the stand has been stored at low temperatures (e.g., -20°C), allow it to return to room temperature before use. Please note that exposure to low temperatures may cause a reduction in magnetic strength.
