Description

Carrier RNA helps to improve the binding and elution efficiency on the purification column during the purification of trace nucleic acids and reduces the likelihood of RNase degradation of trace RNA. The addition of Carrier RNA during nucleic acid purification can significantly improve the recovery efficiency of trace nucleic acids and is an essential component for the purification of trace nucleic acids.

The concentration of this product is 6 μg/μL and there is no DNase or RNase enzyme contamination. It is compatible with subsequent conventional molecular biology applications such as viral nucleic acid extraction, trace DNA extraction and subsequent RT-PCR, RT-qPCR and other experiments.
