Description
The Hieff™ Magnetic Circulating Cell-Free DNA Kit is suitable for extracting circulating DNA from 0.3-4 ml human plasma and serum. This product adopts unique magnetic beads and carefully optimized buffer system, which can maximize the purification and recovery of circulating DNA (typically 1-100 ng/ml circulating DNA in human plasma). The extracted nucleic acid is suitable for various downstream applications, such as NGS, qPCR, etc.
Feature
High Yield: Delivers high nucleic acid concentration with excellent recovery of short fragments.
Superior Quality: Produces high-quality libraries for downstream sequencing.
Broad Compatibility: Works with 0.3–4 mL plasma samples from both cfDNA-specific and standard EDTA tubes.

Case Study 1: Superior cfDNA Recovery from Healthy Donor Plasma
Using a 50 µL elution volume, the 18382 kit demonstrated outstanding recovery efficiency from 2 mL of healthy donor plasma collected in cfDNA preservation tubes. Quantitative analysis confirmed that the kit delivers high nucleic acid yields, ensuring sufficient template material for sensitive downstream molecular applications.

Case Study 2: High-Integrity cfDNA Extraction from EDTA Plasma
Using a 20 µL elution volume, the 18382 kit achieved excellent recovery efficiency from 2 mL of healthy donor EDTA plasma. Fragment analysis revealed distinct characteristic peaks at 170 bp and 340 bp, confirming the high integrity of the extracted cfDNA. Notably, no high-molecular-weight DNA interference was observed, ensuring high-purity nucleic acids ready for downstream sequencing or PCR assays.
