Description
2×Hieff Canace™ Pro Amplification Mix is a ready-to-use 2× premixed solution containing High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, and a buffer system specifically optimized for high-throughput sequencing library amplification. It offers the advantages of high sensitivity, strong specificity, excellent fidelity, and high library yield. The premix contains two monoclonal antibodies that inhibit both polymerase activity and 3'→5' exonuclease activity at room temperature, enabling convenient high-specificity HotStart PCR and meeting the requirements for pre-mixing primers and extended room-temperature storage. In addition, this product contains a proprietary protective agent that maintains stable activity even after repeated freeze-thaw cycles. All reagent components provided in this product have undergone rigorous quality control to ensure superior performance and batch-to-batch consistency to the greatest extent.
