Beskrivelse
C-X-C motif chemokine 7 (CXCL7) also named Pro-Platelet basic protein (PPBP), which is a chemokine of the intercrine alpha family. CXCL7 is a 8.2 kDa protein containing 74 amino acid residues. CXCL7 is expressed by the platelets, which are activated. During vascular injury, CXCL7 controls the glucose metabolism, mitogenesis and neutrophil recruitment by the interaction with CXCR2.

Reconstitution Method |
1. Before opening, centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. 2. It is recommended to resuspend the lyophilized powder with sterile water to a concentration of 100-200 μg/mL, and let it stand for at least 20 minutes to fully dissolve. During the reconstitution process, do not vortex! Vigorous shaking may destroy the biological activity of the protein. 3. The resuspended solution can be further diluted and aliquoted. When further diluting and aliquoting, a certain amount of carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 10% FBS or 5% HSA) must be added. If serum-free experimental conditions are required, 5% trehalose solution can be used as the carrier. |
Storage
Store at -25 ~ -15°C, valid for 1 year after receipt. After reconstitution, store at 2 ~ 8°C, valid for 7 days. After reconstitution, store at -85 ~ -65°C, valid for 3 months. It is recommended to aliquot the protein upon first use to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
