Beskrivelse
Interleukin-17D (IL-17D) belongs to the IL-17 cytokine family and has a predicted molecular weight of 20 kDa. While the IL-17 family is closely associated with host defense and immune responses, IL-17D remains a novel cytokine that has not yet been extensively studied. It is abundantly secreted by fibrosarcoma tumor cells. Furthermore, ectopic expression of IL-17D in tumor cells can recruit natural killer cells by inducing the production of CCL2 in endothelial cells.

Reconstitution Instructions |
Briefly centrifuge the vial at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes before opening. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized powder with sterile water to a concentration of no less than 100 μg/mL, and let it stand for at least 20 minutes to ensure complete dissolution. The reconstituted solution can be further diluted and aliquoted. When performing further dilution and aliquoting, a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 10% FBS, or 5% HSA) must be added. For serum-free experimental requirements, a 5% trehalose solution can be used as an alternative carrier. |
Storage
Store at -25 to -15°C. Valid for 1 year from receipt. After reconstitution, store at 2 to 8°C for up to 7 days, or at -85 to -65°C for up to 3 months. To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, we recommend aliquoting the protein upon first use.
