Frequently Bought Together
rProtein A MagBeads (IP Grade) consist of 200 nm superparamagnetic beads covalently coupled with a high density of recombinant Protein A on the bead surface. The nanoscale beads offer an exceptionally large specific surface area, providing more binding sites, lower bead consumption, and a low non-specific binding rate.
The recombinant Protein A ligand is well suited for binding mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgA, rabbit IgG, as well as human IgG1, IgG2, and IgG4. This product is broadly applicable to immunoprecipitation (IP) and co-immunoprecipitation (CoIP) from samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, ascites, and other antigen samples.
Features
High binding capacity: >0.9 mg human IgG per mL of beads, supported by the large specific surface area of 200 nm silica-based magnetic beads.
Low non-specific adsorption: Nano-scale magnetic beads provide more binding sites and require lower bead consumption.
Broad antibody compatibility: Recombinant Protein A binds mouse IgG2a, IgG2b, and IgA, rabbit IgG, and human IgG1, IgG2, and IgG4.
