The Magnetic Bead-Based Sample Pretreatment Kit (Bottle Format, Fast Version) is designed for the pretreatment of biological samples, including sample types such as antibody therapeutics and viral vectors used in gene and cell therapy. This kit utilizes unique magnetic beads and a carefully optimized buffer system to enable rapid and efficient isolation and purification of trace DNA from complex sample matrices. A manual nucleic acid extraction can be completed within 30 minutes. Additionally, the kit is fully compatible with automated nucleic acid extraction instruments (16-, 48-, and 96-channel), enabling efficient high-throughput extraction.

Storage
1. Part I components are shipped on dry ice and should be stored at -25°C ~ -15°C. Valid for 1 year.
2. Part II components are shipped at room temperature. Component 18469-E (Magnetic Bead Suspension) is recommended to be stored at 2–8°C; other components can be stored at room temperature. Valid for 1 year.
