Due to the complexity, error-proneness, and inconvenience of preparing conventional qPCR reagent reaction systems,fully pre-mixed reagents (which support pre-mixing and storage of primers and probes) have been widely used in various fields of molecular biology research, such as infectious disease transmission, reproductive genetics, early tumor screening and companion diagnostics, forensic identification, animal disease testing, food safety monitoring, and evaluation of biological products.

This product has significantly improved the versatility of the reagents for multiplex amplification in multiple scenarios (fully verified in pathogen, human, and plant multi-target amplification), addressing the pain points of stability in multiplex detection and target versatility. It also enhances key performance indicators such as sensitivity and specificity, thereby improving detection efficiency.

Performance Highlights

1、Excellent reagent versatility

The brand-new 3rd generation universal fully pre-mixed reagent has improved sensitivity and versatility for multiple targets across various scenarios, building upon the previous generation of fully pre-mixed reagents. It has undergone extensive multiplex validation with a variety of targets from pathogens, human sources, and plants.

 

2、Outstanding stability of the fully pre-mixed pre-mix
Based on the stability assessment of the fully pre-mixed pre-mix reagent, sample 16710ES was treated in three different ways (4°C, 37°C, and freeze-thaw). The experimental groups were treated at 4°C and 37°C for 7 days, respectively, and subjected to 50 freeze-thaw cycles. The stability was evaluated against a control group (stored at -20°C) across four multiplex amplification systems (Groups 1, 2, and 4 are quadruple amplification systems, while Group 3 is a triple amplification system). The results demonstrated that the Ct value deviation (ΔCt value) between the experimental and control reagents was within ±0.5, and the fluorescence value deviation was within 15%. This confirms that the YEASEN fully pre-mixed pre-mix reagent possesses excellent stability for multiplex amplification.

3、Compatibility with multiple rapid protocols

The 16710ES reagent is also compatible with rapid amplification protocols, yielding results in just 30 minutes. Validation was conducted on an ABI Q5 quantitative PCR instrument, comparing conventional (1 hour and 6 minutes) and rapid (30 minutes) protocols across seven gradient samples ranging from 1 to 10^6 copies/μL. The results demonstrate that the rapid amplification protocol maintains an efficiency of over 99%. Moreover, the deviation in Ct values (ΔCt) between the conventional and rapid protocols is within ±0.5, and the fluorescence value deviation is within ±10%. The amplification curves exhibit an “S” shape, indicating reliable and consistent amplification performance.
