Description

Hieff Unicon™ Lyo-Ready I TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Mix (UDG plus) is a fluorescent quantitative qPCR lyophilizable reagent that uses the company's new generation of antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. It is suitable for dual-labeled probes such as FAM/HEX/TET/JOE/ROX (this product is also suitable for Molecular Beacon probes). The reagent contains lyophilization protectant, hot-start Fast Taq DNA polymerase, dNTP and other components, and can be directly lyophilized and loaded on the machine. This product does not contain ROX correction dye and is compatible with various quantitative PCR models. This product contains UDG enzyme, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol contamination.

Features

  • Efficient and convenient operation: Can be used as a liquid reagent for direct detection, and can also be stored for a long time after freeze-drying.
  • Various freeze-drying forms: Available in various freeze-dried forms, including eight-tube in-situ freeze-drying, penicillin bottle freeze-drying cake, freeze-drying ball, freeze-drying micro-core, etc.
  • Excellent stability: Liquid form remains stable for 7 days at 37°C; freeze-dried form retains stability even at 50°C.

Application

Virus detection; pathogen detection; gene expression analysis;

In situ freeze-drying and freeze-dried microspheres were performed using Yeasen's DNA lyophilizable reagent (Catt#11893ES), and the freeze-dried morphology of the freeze-dried products was observed: the freeze-dried morphology was good after freeze-drying, there was no collapse on the in situ freeze-dried surface, and there was no gap in the tube; the freeze-dried microspheres were plump and smooth in shape and uniform in size.

After freeze-drying with Yeasen's DNA lyophilizable reagent (Cat#11893ES) into microspheres, the product was stored at 50°C for 7 days for accelerated testing. Pseudovirus templates of ASFV, HBV, and MPXV at 10⁴ and 10³ copies/mL were simultaneously amplified. The results showed no significant changes in Ct values, fluorescence signals, or microsphere appearance before and after heat stress, indicating good stability of the freeze-dried product.
