Description
Hieff UniconTM Universal TaqMan Pro U+ qPCR Mix (One Tube) is a multiplex fluorescent quantitative qPCR premix that uses the company's new generation antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. This product has good versatility and supports fast procedures and full premix formats.
Features
Good versatility: It has excellent amplification performance when used with most primers and probes;
Supports full premix system: The amplification performance of the full premix reagent containing primers and probes remains unchanged after 14 days of acceleration at 37°C;
Support fast program: detection time ≤ 35 min;
High amplification efficiency and good specificity: 2x premix reagents add factors that effectively inhibit nonspecific PCR amplification and factors that improve the amplification efficiency of multiple qPCR reactions, thereby improving the sensitivity and specificity of multiple amplification of the reagents.
Significant anti-pollution effect: UDG/dUTP anti-pollution system, easy to remove contamination.
Application
Virus detection; pathogen detection; gene expression analysis; Food Microbiology Testing

Figure 2. Sensitivity test
Cat#16713ES was used to evaluate the detection rate of multiplex system (4-plex) amplification at ultra-low concentration (250 copies/mL) samples. The results showed that the reagent has excellent amplification sensitivity, and the detection limit can reach at least 250 copies/mL.

Figure 4. Stability Evaluation of All-in-One Premixed Reagent
The stability of Yeasen’s all-in-one premixed reagent (Cat#16710ES) was assessed under three conditions: storage at 4°C and 37°C for 7 days, and 50 freeze-thaw cycles. The control group was stored at -20°C. Performance was evaluated across four multiplex qPCR systems (Groups 1, 2, and 4: quadruplex; Group 3: triplex). Results showed that ΔCt values between experimental and control groups were within ±0.5, and fluorescence deviations remained below 15%, demonstrating the reagent’s excellent stability for multiplex applications.
