Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 46.39 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-65 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human BDCA-2, mFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-BDCA-2 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.2ng/ml determined by ELISA.
