คำอธิบาย
CD147 plays important roles in variety of events including spermatogenesis, embryo implantation, neural network formation, is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. Recent studies have shown that the expression of CD147 is increased in many cancers, and it has been previously shown to be involved in cancer metastasis and progression. Therefore, CD147 and its antibody are used as an effective treatment for malignant tumors.
