Interleukin 34 (IL-34), does not belong to any known cytokine family.The receptor for IL-34 is the colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF-1R).IL-34 stimulates monocyte proliferation. In functional studies, IL-34, like CSF-1R's other ligand, CSF-1, stimulates phosphorylation of extracellular signal-regulated kinases-1 and -2 (ERK1/2) in human monocytes.
This product is supplied as Fluids, derived from HEK293 cells, high purity and low endotoxin.

Shipping and Storage
-85~-65℃ storage, valid for 1 year after receipt.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, centrifuge before opening the vial. It is recommended to aliquot for one experimental use, after aliquoting, freeze at -80℃.
