Beskrivning
Exosomes are a class of small vesicles approximately 30-150 nm in diameter with a bilayer lipid membrane structure, secreted by living cells. They are widely distributed in various body fluids, including peripheral blood, ascites, urine, saliva, and cerebrospinal fluid. Their interiors are rich in various bioactive components such as proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids.
Yeasen Biotechnology has developed an exosome protectant containing sugar and protein stabilizers. It can effectively inhibit exosome degradation, maintain functional integrity, high activity, and structural stability, thereby ensuring the reliability and reproducibility of downstream experimental results.
Exosome samples treated with this product can be stored at 2~8°C for over one year and can also be used for freezing storage.

Instructions
Mix the exosome sample with the protectant at a 1:1 volume ratio. If not used for a long time, it is recommended to aliquot into small tubes.
Storage
Store at 2-8°C. Valid for 1 year.

1. The exosome protectant and the sample must be thoroughly mixed before use.
2. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves during operation.
