Description
Flag Peptide (Flag-tag Peptide) is a hydrophilic octapeptide (DYKDDDDK) containing an enterokinase cleavage site, which can be used in immunoaffinity chromatography. Flag peptide allows protein elution under non-denaturing conditions. Multiple antibodies recognize the Flag peptide, such as M1, M2, and M5.
