Description
Hieff NGSTM mRNA Isolation Master Kit V2 is an upgraded magnetic bead kit specifically designed for purifying mRNA. The mRNA Capture beads are micron-sized paramagnetic microspheres conjugated with Oligo (dT). They combine with the mRNA carrying a poly (A) tail to separate and purify the mRNA from 10 ng to 4 μg of total RNA with good integrity.
Features
- Wide compatibility: Compatible with total RNA input amounts ranging from 10 ng to 4 μg, and compatible with total RNA library preparation kits from different brands
- Inhibitor tolerance: High mRNA yield and low rRNA residual for samples containing inhibitors, such as herbal medicines, polysaccharide- and polyphenol-rich samples, and tumor tissues.
- High mRNA purity: Suitable for eukaryotic samples with poly(A) tails.

Library preparation was performed using 12629 and RNA Library Preparation Kit (Cat#12308, with both strand-specific and non-strand-specific protocols) on conventional RNA samples with varying input amounts. The rRNA residual rate was significantly lower compared to Supplier V*.

Library preparation was performed using the 12629 and RNA Library Preparation Kit (Cat#12308, strand-specific protocol). The rRNA residual rate was significantly lower compared to Supplier B*.
4.Stability

12629 stored at 4°C for 2 weeks and 37°C for 2 weeks, combined with RNA library preparation kit(Cat#12308), shows consistent library yield and rRNA depletion using 1 µg of 293 RNA for strand-specific library preparation.
