The protein has a predicted MW of 187.86 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 65-68 kDa, 110-115 kDa and 165-180 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result. |

Storage

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
