The Hieff NGS™ Hyb & Wash Kit with Universal Blocking Oligo for MGI is a capture hybridization and wash reagent specifically developed for YEASEN targeted capture product lines. It utilizes novel double-stranded DNA probes (100-mer) to capture and enrich target DNA for high-throughput sequencing. The carefully optimized single-tube hybridization buffer system delivers more stable and superior capture performance. With outstanding product performance, enhanced sensitivity, and specificity, the NGS targeted capture kit is widely applied in research areas such as novel molecular diagnostics and detection. Uniformity performance of the Hieff NGS™ Hyb & Wash Kit hybridization and wash system combined with a competitor’s 3 Tumor Panel. Following the manufacturer’s operating instructions, sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 platform with PE150. The bar chart represents the size of regions with different GC content in the target area, and the curve represents the coverage depth of regions with different GC content.
Storage
BOX-I: Store at -25~-15°C. Valid for 1 year.
BOX-II: Store at room temperature. Valid for 1 year.
BOX-III: Store at -25~-15°C. Valid for 1 year.
