Nectin-3, also known as CD113, is a cell adhesion molecule and a member of the nectin family of proteins. It is primarily found on the surface of various cell types, including neurons, epithelial cells, and immune cells. Nectin-3 plays a crucial role in mediating cell-cell adhesion and communication between cells.

Recombinant Human Nectin-3/CD113 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gly58-Asp400.

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 37.68 kDa. And it migrates as 60-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Purity

> 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin

< 1 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
