Hieff™ Unicon™ Universal TaqMan multiplex qPCR master mix (UDG plus) is a 2× premixed reagent capable of performing up to quadruplex fluorescence quantitative PCR in a single reaction well. This product contains a genetically engineered antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme, which greatly improves amplification sensitivity and specificity. At the same time, the multiplex reaction buffer system has been deeply optimized to improve amplification efficiency and promote effective amplification of low-concentration templates. This product can be used for genotyping and multiplex gene quantitative analysis. This product contains UDG enzyme, which can effectively prevent the risk of aerosol contamination.

1. Digestion capacity test

Using 11212ES and 11211 to simultaneously amplify ASF single-plasmid U-containing template (1.4 copies/μL), the results showed that the digestion control system (11211ES, green amplification curves) could not digest the template, while 11212ES could completely digest the U-containing template.
