2× Ultima HF Amplification Mix is a ready-to-use 2× premixed solution containing High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase (with a fidelity 6 times higher than that of standard Pfu DNA polymerase and an extension speed of 15 sec/kb), dNTPs, and a buffer system specifically optimized for high-throughput sequencing library amplification. It features rapid and simple operation, high sensitivity, strong specificity, and excellent stability. For library amplification reactions, only primers and template need to be added to the system, which simplifies the experimental procedure, reduces manual errors, and improves experimental throughput and result reproducibility. In addition, this product contains a proprietary protective agent that maintains stable activity even after repeated freeze-thaw cycles. This product has been used in conjunction with Hieff NGS™ Fast-Pace End Repair/dA-Tailing Module (Cat#12608) and Hieff NGS™ Novel DNA Ligation Module (Cat#12626) for DNA library construction, and its effectiveness has been verified through high-throughput platform sequencing.
