Hieff Unicon™ Universal TaqMan Multiplex qPCR Master Mix (UDG plus) is a 2× pre-mixed reagent that enables fluorescence quantitative PCR with up to four targets in a single reaction well. The product contains a genetically engineered antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA polymerase, which greatly improves amplification sensitivity and specificity. In addition, the multiplex reaction buffer system has been extensively optimized to enhance amplification efficiency and promote effective amplification of low-concentration templates. This product is suitable for genotyping and multiplex gene quantification analysis. It also contains UDG (uracil-DNA glycosylase), which effectively prevents the risk of aerosol contamination.

Application Cases
Digestion capacity test: 11212ES and 11211 were used simultaneously to amplify an ASF single-plasmid U-containing template (1.4 copies/μL). The results show that the digestion control system (11211, green amplification curve) failed to achieve digestion, whereas 11212ES completely digested the U-containing template.
Storage
Store at –25 to –15°C. Valid for 2 years.
