This kit is a DNA enzyme digestion library preparation reagent designed for the third-generation Nanopore sequencing platform. This product uses high-quality fragmentation enzymes, gets rid of the cumbersome ultrasonic process, simplifies the operation process, and combines the fragmentation module with the end repair/addition A module, which greatly reduces the time and cost of library preparation. It can be applied to 50 ng-1 μg of conventional animal and plant genomes, microbial genomes and other samples, and realize DNA fragmentation, end repair and A-tail addition reactions in a single tube.
