Bioactivity

Measure by its ability to chemoattract human THP1 cells using a concentration at 10-100 ng/mL.

Reconstitution Method

1. Before opening, centrifuge at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes. 2. It is recommended to resuspend the lyophilized powder with sterile water to a concentration of 100-200 μg/mL, and let it stand for at least 20 minutes to fully dissolve. During the reconstitution process, do not vortex! Vigorous shaking may destroy the biological activity of the protein. 3. The resuspended solution can be further diluted and aliquoted. When further diluting and aliquoting, a certain amount of carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 10% FBS or 5% HSA) must be added. If serum-free experimental conditions are required, 5% trehalose solution can be used as the carrier.
