The Hieff^TM 5 min Flash Cell RNA Kit is designed for total RNA extraction from cultured cells grown in 96-, 24-, 12-, or 6-well plates, with a procedure time of only 5 minutes. The spin adsorption columns utilize a unique silica-based matrix material developed by our company. Combined with our proprietary buffer system, this kit effectively removes contaminants such as cellular metabolites and proteins to the greatest extent possible. The purified RNA exhibits high purity and consistent quality, making it suitable for various downstream applications, including RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, in vitro transcription, and molecular cloning.

RNA was extracted from various cultured cell types using the Hieff^TM Flash RNA Kit (Cat. No. 19231) and analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. All samples showed sharp, distinct 28S and 18S rRNA bands with an approximate intensity ratio of 2:1, indicating excellent RNA integrity and consistent performance across cell types.
