【Blocking Data】Serial dilutions of Anti-NKG2A Antibody were added into Biotinylated Human HLA-E*01:03&B2M&Peptide (VMAPRTLVL) Tetramer, His Tag : Human NKG2A&CD94, mFc Tag binding reactioins. The half maximal inhibitiory concentration (IC50) is 0.15μg/ml.

Reconstitution method

Centrifuge before opening the lid. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a concentration of more than 100 μg/mL. It is recommended to aliquot the protein into the amount required for each experiment when using it for the first time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
