Beskrivning
Mesothelin, also known as MSLN, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MSLN gene .Cloning studies showed that the mesothelin gene encodes a precursor protein that is processed to yield mesothelin which is attached to the cell membrane by a glycophosphatidylinositol linkage and a 31-kDa shed fragment named megakaryocyte-potentiating factor (MPF).

Reconstitution Method |
Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. For vials containing 25 μg or 100 μg, we recommend reconstituting to a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Storage
Store at -25 to -15°C for up to 1 year from the date of receipt; once reconstituted, store at -85 to -65°C where it remains stable for 3 months, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
ApplicationCase
ELISA Data 1: Immobilized Cynomolgus MSLN, His Tag at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human CA125, His Tag with the EC50 of 0.12 μg/mL determined by ELISA.
ELISA Data 2: Immobilized Cynomolgus MSLN, His Tag at 1 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-MSLN Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.8 ng/mL determined by ELISA.
