Reconstitution Method |
Before opening, centrifuge the vial briefly. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a final concentration above 100 µg/mL. For first-time use, it is recommended to aliquot the protein according to your experimental needs to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. |
