Biological Activity

Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED₅₀ as determined by a cytotoxicity assay using murine L929 cells is less than 0.05 ng/ml.

Reconstitution

1. Briefly centrifuge the vial before opening to bring the contents to the bottom. 2. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/ml. 3. Further dilutions may be prepared for subsequent experiments; for long-term storage, adding a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA) is recommended.

Store at -25~-15°C. Valid for 1 year upon receipt. After reconstitution, under sterile conditions, store at 2~8°C, valid for 7 days. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -85 to -65°C under sterile conditions for up to 3 months.
