Product Features
1. Precise Calibration: Each pipette undergoes 27 minutes and 35 seconds of pure manual calibration (3-point, 10-time calibration), with a pipetting error rate of <0.5%.
2. Durable: Wear-resistant metal internal components ensure smooth aspiration and dispensing even after 200,000 presses. Maintains precision after three drops from a 1-meter height, and does not fade after 540 hours of UV exposure.
3. Easy to Load/Unload: First-stage plunger force requires only 0.12 kg, and tip ejection force is 0.66 kg, saving 80% effort compared to similar products.
4. Strong Compatibility: PVDF material nozzle fits the vast majority of tips on the market, ensuring good airtightness and smoother loading/unloading.
Operating Steps
1. Setting the Volume
The display window on the handle clearly shows the pipette volume. The volume is set by rotating the operation button clockwise or counter-clockwise.
[Note]: When setting the volume, rotate to the desired setting ensuring the numbers are clearly displayed in the window. The set volume must be within the pipette's range. It is strictly prohibited to rotate the button beyond the volume range, otherwise, it will jam the mechanism and cause permanent damage to the pipette.
2. Pipetting Technique: Forward Pipetting
Ensure the pipette tip is tightly connected to the tip cone. Move the operation button slowly and evenly to achieve the best pipetting results, especially when transferring viscous liquids.
When aspirating, keep the pipette vertical. At the same time, ensure the sample liquid and solution trough are clean, and that the pipette, tip, and liquid are at the same temperature.
1). Press the operation button to the first stop.
2). Immerse the tip 2-3 mm below the liquid surface, and gently release the operation button (returning to the origin). Carefully lift the tip out of the liquid and rest it against the container wall for a moment to remove excess liquid.
3). Gently press the button to the first stop to dispense the liquid. Pause briefly, then continue pressing the operation button to the second stop (blow-out). This step empties the tip, ensuring accurate liquid transfer.
4). Release the button to return to the origin.
Storage
Transport at room temperature, store at room temperature, valid for 3 years.
