The Hieff TransTM UltraProFect-CHO Transfection Reagent Kit is a highly efficient kit designed specifically for protein expression in CHO cells. It combines the powerful capability of rapid, ultra-high yield transient protein production in suspension culture with the exceptional advantages of the Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell expression system. Based on high-density CHO cell culture, this kit is paired with a transfection reagent meticulously designed for high-density CHO suspension culture, along with specialized enhancers and medium additives, achieving a synergistic effect on protein expression.
In various CHO cell lines (including expiCHO, CHO-S, CHO-K1, etc.), this kit achieves highly efficient protein expression.
