Interleukin-23 (IL-23) is a pro-inflammatory heterodimeric protein consisting of two subunits: a unique p19 subunit and a p40 subunit shared with IL-12.IL-23 is secreted by activated dendritic cells and macrophages and signals through the receptor for IL-23R in complex with IL-12Rβ 1. IL-23 has been shown to enhance the proliferation of memory T cells. It also stimulates IFN-γ production in NK cells, induces IL-17 production, and drives Th17-mediated responses.
This Recombinant Human IL-23 is supplied in liquid form, highly active, highly pure, low endotoxin, and label free.

Storage
-85~-65℃ storage, valid for 1 year after receipt.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing, centrifuge before opening the vial. It is recommended to aliquot for one experimental use, after aliquoting, freeze at -80℃.
