Designed as a production medium, it is rich in nutrients and supports high-density cell growth. When using this product for the first time, cell lines must undergo adaptation. The recommended adaptation protocol is as follows:

When the doubling time matches that of cells cultured in the original medium and viability is >90%, continue culturing for 1–2 passages.
