FuniCut™ restriction enzymes are rapid restriction endonucleases developed through genetic engineering and recombinant technology. They can accurately complete DNA digestion within 5–15 min, and are suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, etc. The FuniCut™ series of rapid restriction endonucleases share a single digestion buffer, simplifying the digestion reaction system. In addition, they exhibit excellent enzyme activity redundancy, enabling easy handling of excessive substrates or difficult templates.

*10× FuniCut™ Color Buffer contains red and yellow tracking dyes, allowing the product to be directly used for gel electrophoresis. The red dye in FuniCut™ Color Buffer migrates at a rate similar to that of a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel; the yellow dye migrates at a rate similar to that of a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel.
Storage
The product should be stored at -25°C to -15°C. Stable for 2 years.
Notes
1. Prolonged digestion may result in star activity. No star activity was observed after 3 h incubation.
2. Cleavage may be blocked by CpG methylation.
