Description
Interleukin-10 (IL-10) is an immunosuppressive cytokine produced by a variety of mammalian cell types, including macrophages, monocytes, T cells, B cells, and keratinocytes. IL-10 inhibits the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as IL-1 and TNF-α. Similar to IL-4, IL-10 enhances humoral immune responses while attenuating cell-mediated immune responses. Human IL-10 is active on murine cells, but murine IL-10 is not active on human cells.
This recombinant mouse IL-10 is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It features high activity, high purity, low endotoxin levels, and is tag-free.

Storage
This product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year. Once reconstituted under sterile conditions, it can be stored at 2 ~ 8°C for 7 days, or at -85 to -65°C for 3 months.
Reconstitution Instructions
Centrifuge the vial briefly before opening to pellet the contents at the bottom. Reconstitute with deionized water or PBS to a final concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL. Further dilution can be performed as needed for downstream applications. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (e.g., 0.1% BSA) to the dilution buffer. Aliquot the solution into single-use portions and store at -80°C to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
