Description

Exosome is a small vesicle with a diameter of about 30-150 nm secreted by living cells, which has a typical lipid bilayer structure and exists in cell culture supernatant, serum, plasma, saliva, urine, amniotic fluid and other biological fluids. Exosome carries a variety of important information such as protein, lipids, DNA and RNA, which not only plays an important role in the material and information transmission between cells, but also is expected to become an early diagnostic markers for a variety of diseases.

The lysis buffer is developed for exosome samples, which can efficiently lyse exosome proteins. The lysis buffer contains protease inhibitor, which can effectively inhibit protein degradation, and is suitable for BCA detection, Western Blot and other experiments after sample lysis. This reagent contains a high concentration of detergent, which is not suitable for Bradford method to determine protein concentration.

Storage

Transportation in ice bag, storage at -25~-15℃, valid for one year.

Notes

1. This product contains protease inhibitor, so please store it separately to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

2. Lysis samples need to be performed on ice or at 4°C.

3. The protein concentration after lysis should be less than 2ug/uL to ensure sufficient lysis.

4. Please operate with lab coats and disposable glovesfor your safety.

5. This product is for research use only.

Instructions

1. Before the experiment, please melt the lysis at 2 ~ 8℃ and put it on ice for later use.

2. Add the lysis buffer to the exosome sample at a volume ratio of 1:1, gently blow and mix, and place on ice for lysis for 10 minutes.

3. Centrifuge at 4℃, 12000×g for 5 minutes, take the supernatant, and determine the protein concentration by BCA method or perform subsequent experiments such as Western Blot.
