Description
This running buffer is specially formulated for Yeasen High-Resolution Precast Gels (Cat. #36259ES–36270ES), which are based on the Bis-Tris system. It delivers superior electrophoretic performance and is optimized for denaturing protein separation.
The product is supplied as a lyophilized powder. For preparation:
To make 10× stock solution: Reconstitute the powder with ddH₂O to a final volume of 200 mL.
For working use: Dilute the 10× stock 1: 10 with ddH₂O to prepare 2 L of 1× running buffer.
Alternatively, the powder can be directly dissolved in 2 L of ddH₂O to prepare 1× running buffer in a single step.
