The HieffTM Magnetic Animal Tissue DNA Kit is designed for DNA extraction from 5–15 mg of animal tissue samples. Utilizing unique magnetic beads and a carefully optimized buffer system, this kit maximizes the isolation and purification of high-purity DNA. The extracted genomic DNA exhibits high purity and stable quality, making it suitable for various downstream applications such as PCR and qPCR. Furthermore, this product is compatible with automated extraction instruments, enabling high-throughput nucleic acid purification.

a. RNase-treated DNA showed A260/280 and A260/230 ratios around 1.9, indicating good purity.
b. With normal mouse tail size, average DNA concentration was 106.3 ng/µL, suitable for downstream use.
