Hieff Unicon™ Pure Pro U+ qPCR Mix(One Tube)is a fluorescent quantitative pre-mixed solution employing the company 's new-generation antibody-based hot-start Taq enzyme. It is specifically designed for multi-template DNA qPCR amplification systems. Utilizing Yesean's special bacterial control system, this product can effectively reduce contamination from host (E.coli) DNA and environmentally introduced background bacterial DNA (such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, and human genome) to a certain extent. This product has good universality and supports fast programs and fully premixed forms.

NTC amplification was performed using qPCR premix (Cat#16713ES) and conventional reagents (no residue control) in Escherichia coli (E.coli), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Mec A and human genomic DNA systems. The results showed that Cat#16713ES was not detected in the 48-well NTC, and the background DNA (E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and human) residues in the reagents were extremely low.

Cat#16713ES was used to evaluate the detection rate of multiplex system (4-plex) amplification at ultra-low concentration (250 copies/mL) samples. The results showed that the reagent has excellent amplification sensitivity, and the detection limit can reach at least 250 copies/mL.
