Using Yeasen's RNA lyophilizable reagent (Cat#16645ES), which contains Lyoprotectant , both in situ freeze-drying and freeze-dried microspheres were successfully prepared. The in situ freeze-dried product showed a smooth surface with no collapse or tube gap. The microspheres were uniform, plump, and smooth.
